Free Shipping! – We offer free shipping within India for all orders placed through our website (“marmelobeauty.com”)
Order Dispatch and Delivery
- We are committed to getting your order to you as swiftly as possible. Our standard dispatch timeline is within 3 business days from the date of your order.
- Estimated delivery times range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location within India. Please note these are approximate timelines and can vary based on courier availability and local logistics.
- To ensure accurate delivery, we may contact you via the email address or phone number provided during the order process to confirm the delivery address.
- For delivery addresses that are not easily accessible or fall under non-serviceable zones, our dispatch timeline may be extended by an additional 2 to 4 business days while we attempt delivery through alternate courier partners.
- For prepaid orders, we will proceed automatically with the alternate courier without requiring confirmation.
- In rare cases where delivery becomes impossible due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to inadequate courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery location, or force majeure events, we will notify you of the inability to deliver and proceed with canceling your order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to you.
Reliable Courier Services
To ensure safe and efficient delivery of your orders, we work only with reputable courier partners (i.e., Delhivery, India Post). However, we cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by our courier partners or due to factors beyond our control. Rest assured; we will make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of your order within the estimated timeframe mentioned in the order confirmation.
Order Tracking
We provide an order tracking service for your convenience. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
Please be aware that certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations imposed by local authorities or courier companies. If any restrictions apply to your selected products, we will inform you during the order process. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable shipping regulations and restrictions.
Refused, Unavailable, or Cancelled Shipments
No refunds or replacements will be processed for orders that are:
- Refused at the time of delivery
- Unavailable due to incorrect or incomplete address
- Cancelled because of customer unavailability or repeated failed delivery attempts
This applies to both Prepaid, Partial Pay Cash on Delivery (PPCOD) orders.
International Shipping

Important: No Refunds under any circumstances - replacement only under specific conditions
All products sold on Marmelo Beauty are strictly non-refundable, including:
- Full-price products
- Discounted products
- Products sold at 50%+ discount
- Bundles, combos, Buy 1 Get 1, clearance, or promotional offers
Refunds (monetary, store credit, coupons, or bank reversals) are not applicable, except in the rare case where delivery is impossible (as stated above).
Shipping damage and product replacement claims
If your order arrives with the actual product damaged, leaking, broken, incorrect, or with missing items:
Do not remove or discard any items. Keep packaging intact.
Email: info@marmelobeauty.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Subject: Replacement Claim – Order #[Your Order Number]
Mandatory Evidence:
- Photo of outer shipping package (with label visible)
- Photo of inner contents
- Clear, continuous unboxing video (sealed package to product reveal)
- Sales invoice
Incomplete evidence will result in automatic rejection.
Eligilibility for replacement:
One-time replacement may be approved for:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Physical damage during transit
- Leaking or broken product
- Expired product at delivery
- Missing items (short shipment)
Not Eligible:
- Delivery delays
- Minor dents or scuffs on the monocarton (product box) or the external shipping carton, without any damage to the actual product, are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for replacement
- Seal aesthetics (such as minor imperfections in the seal or outer packaging that do not affect product integrity) are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for replacement.
Return and Verification
- Do not dispose of the product or packaging.
- Return pickup will be arranged by Marmelo Beauty.
- Replacement will be processed only after verification at our warehouse.
- Claims where the product is used, discarded, or tampered with will be invalidated.
Refused, Undelivered & Lost Shipments
No Resolution Cases: No replacement will be provided for orders refused at delivery, returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or repeated failed delivery attempts. This applies to both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders.
Lost Shipments Exception: A new shipment with the ordered products will only be initiated if an order is officially declared “LOST” by our logistics partner after their investigation, and the loss is not due to customer error.
Changes in Communication Details
- For prepaid orders, address or contact changes allowed only once, if verified as genuine. Must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order via official support channels.
- For partial payment orders, such requests will not be entertained.
Replacement Availability
- Replacement will be for the same product, quantity, and shade.
- If unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.
- No monetary refunds or credits will be provided.
Policy Precedence & Final Authority
This policy overrides all prior communications. Marmelo Beauty reserves the right to:
- Reject claims not meeting requirements
- Limit replacements to one-time resolution
- Modify this policy without prior notice
- All decisions are final and binding
