Affiliate Terms and Conditions

By joining and participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before applying.

Definition of an Affiliate
An affiliate is an individual or entity approved by Marmelo Beauty to promote our products through a unique referral link. In return, the affiliate earns a commission on qualifying sales made through that link, as per the terms outlined here.

Cookie Duration and Attribution
When someone clicks your affiliate link, a tracking cookie is stored in their browser for 7 days. If the customer completes a purchase within this 7-day window, the sale is attributed to you. If they click multiple affiliate links during that period, the first-clicked link will receive credit for the sale.

Self-Referrals
You may not use your own affiliate link to make purchases. If you do, the commission will not be paid and your account may be removed from the program.

Payout Schedule
Commissions are paid on the 20th of every month. Payouts cover valid transactions from the previous month, after checking for cancellations, returns, or failed payments. Payments are made via UPI or bank transfer, as per the details you provide during onboarding.

Order Exclusions
Commissions will not be paid on:

Cancelled or returned orders
Fraudulent or failed payment orders
Bulk or wholesale orders for resale (unless pre-approved by Marmelo)

Platform Usage and Restrictions
You must promote Marmelo Beauty responsibly. The following are not allowed:

False or misleading claims about our products
Spam, fake testimonials, or deceptive content
Running paid ads using Marmelo’s name or trademarked terms
Link cloaking, redirects, or other tracking manipulation
Violating these rules may lead to termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Brand Representation
Affiliates must present Marmelo Beauty clearly and truthfully. Do not misrepresent our products, pricing, or images. Only use visuals and content approved by Marmelo or published on our official platforms (website, social media, etc.).

Program Changes and Revisions
Marmelo Beauty may change or update any part of this program at any time. This includes:

Commission rates
Payout methods and frequency
Cookie and attribution rules
Eligibility criteria or payout thresholds
Changes will be communicated via email or dashboard. Continued participation means you accept the updated terms.

Termination
We may suspend or remove any affiliate from the program at any time if:

These terms are violated
There is any form of fraud or unethical behavior
Your actions harm the Marmelo brand
In such cases, unpaid commissions tied to invalid activity may be cancelled.
